The work will be carried out in stages, usually following this pattern:

These elastomeric coatings are "breathable," allowing water vapour to escape. This is important because if a coating is applied which doesn't allow this to happen, then moisture becomes trapped, leading to the sort of conditions that moss and algae love and they'll return disappointingly quickly.

Also, our coatings allow the tiles to 'flex' in response to hot and cold conditions as they do naturally. If the coating doesn't allow this process, then the tiles are prone to cracking.

The coatings utilise the finest colour pigments available, ensuring the colours remain true for years despite strong sunlight. These pigments also ensure excellent adhesion between the coating and the tile.
