Oil Stain Remover for Tarmac and Asphalt Driveways
A new approach to the removal of oil stains on Tarmac and Asphalt oil contaminated surfaces.
Will not erode or degrade Tarmac or Asphalt surfaces.
APPLICATION
Dilute 1:1 with water and apply by watering can or sprayer. Leave for 10-20 minutes then scrub with as tiff brush or broom. Clean off thoroughly with water using a hose or pressure washer. For stubborn stains, reapply and follow same procedure. Avoid contact with aluminium or other alkali-sensitive surfaces. Clean tools and sprayer with water after use.
Note Oil stains degrade Tarmac and Asphalt leaving behind an etched surface which appears as a dark stain this cannot be removed. Use Tarmac Sealer to coat residual staining from oil damage to the surface of Tarmac.

Q: Hi. The automatic gearbox on my diesel car has been leaking onto our asphalt driveway. Is this product suitable?
A: The Oil Remover for Tarmac & Asphalt is used for removing most petrochemical derivatives. However, on tarmac and asphalt, a light residual stain always tends to be visible afterwards. If necessary, this can be disguised by using the tarmac restorer.

A: Although it can never be guaranteed, the Oil Remover for Tarmac & Asphalt has been formulated to remove most petrochemical derivatives off of tarmac and asphalt. However, in most cases there may be a light residual stain remaining. If this continues to be an issue, our tarmac restorer can be used to coat the area and cover up any unsightly imperfections.
Q: Will this work on diesel stains? If not what’s best to use for distal stains on tarmac?
A: The Oil Remover is unlikely to work on diesel stains on tarmac. THe driveway cleaner may be a better option. If you manage to remove the diesel spillage, it is still likely to leave a residual stain. If this happens, recoating the area with the tarmac restorer.

Great product that works well on my block paving. Definitely apply, cover and leave overnight for the best results (as per the instructions). Best product I have tried.
I bought this to clean the oil from my black tarmac drive. I applied as directed and left for 24 hours covered. I rinsed the next day and the oil did wash away. The oil diluted to be able to be washed away but there was a stain left (this is advised on the bottle). I used WD40 to spray on the stain and left for a few hours and washed away again, this time the stain removed completely and nothing is left.
Customer service team very responsive. Still trying out the product - not sure how much of the staining is synthetic oil, for which this oil remover is not designed.
