Directions for use:
Mix pigment sparingly until desired depth of colour is achieved, then add to the relevant material, ready for use.
Q: I'm a plasterer.and wanted to add some.of the colour to the multi finish. Does this work and what's the best method to get best consistency in mix.
A: You can add powder pigments to plaster. First dissolve pigments into water and fully mix. Then add the solution to the plaster and throughly mix again. It is probably best to try a small amount first to ensure the pigment has mixed evenly.
Q: How many grams per litre of sealer?
A: Amounts of colour required will vary due to age, condition and general appearance of the substrate. There is no generic equation for using the sealer with colour added. Please see our 'how to' YouTube guides. Or send us pictures via our website for specific advice. Hope that helps.
Q: What is the correct way to use the colour pigment and do you have to have any other product other than sealer for it to work effectively
A: Hi Clive, This product is used with just the sealer. There isn't quite a direct ratio of how much you will need to use, as each stone and colour is different, we recommend trying test patches with the least amount of tint needed and working up the amount of tint until its the right colour.
