COVERAGE
Average Coverage 4 - 6 m² per litre, dependent on porosity of the concrete.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for sealing tamped concrete, cast concrete, screeded concrete or power floated concrete floors.

Preparation: Apply to clean and dry internal or external concrete.
Application: By sprayer, roller or paint brush direct from container, do not dilute. If a second coat is required, apply before tack dry.
Coverage: Dependent on porosity and finish of concrete, average coverage will be around 4 m². Product will appear opaque when wet, but will be clear when dry. Ensure adequate supplies of product are available. Agitate drum before opening, keep sealed when not in use. Clean spillages with water.

Harmful by inhalation and if swallowed. Irritating to skin.

Q: Can you please tell me what to use to clean my paint roller after applying this concrete sealer.
A: Detergent with warm water shiuld be suficient to clean a paint roller after using the solvent free Concrete Dustproofer Sealer.
Q: Can you please advise me which type of roller to apply the sealer with - medium or long pile?
A: A medium pile roller would be better to use than a long pile roller when using the solvent free Concrete Dustproofer Sealer
Q: Can tec 7 be used over this concrete sealer? I applied this sealer into a crack to halt water impregnation but would like to repair the crack somehow. Any advice?
A: We would always recommend trying a sample of any sealer, vise versa to ensure you are happy with the finish. There is a chance it will not adhere as sealers are designed to resist chemicals and staining impregnating the stone. We do have a crack repair compound which may be able to help, best to send some pictures in to us and we can go from there.

I love this sealer. So quick and easy to use. Being able to put the second coat a little before the first coat is dry is very helpful to be able to do the whole garage floor within a day. It turned the floor slightly darker and with a sheen which I hadn't realised it would do, but it has certainly done the job of stopping continual dust from the concrete floor. It has done exactly what I wanted it to do and I am very pleased with the result. Smartseal suggest 2-3 day delivery time but they got it to me the next day, so very happy with this business. A couple of coats of the concrete dustproofer treatment and I now have a dust free garage!! Easy to apply and quick drying so altogether brilliant.
What a great product, used two 5l bottles to cover a 35 sq m garage floor with half of one bottle remaining, that's with 2 coats. Went on really easily with the roller, dry enough to start second coat as soon as I finished the first. dried to a nice sheen. whole job took around 2 hours.
