A ready to apply concrete floor sealer, garage floor sealer and concrete dust proofer that is specially formulated to penetrate and stabilise dusty concrete floors and screeds. The floor sealer for concrete leaves a very subtle sheen finish once dry. Our concrete floor sealer is ideal for sealing dusty concrete floors in many internal situations such as kitchens, factories, warehouses, sheds, garages, workshops.

A low viscosity concrete floor sealer for garage floors that can be applied by roller, sprayer or brush and will quickly penetrate and seal most types of concrete flooring. It will bind any loose concrete dust and help to prolong the lifespan of the concrete it has been applied to.
For best results apply two coats.
Average coverage of 4-6sq m per litre dependent on surface porosity of the concrete floor it is being applied to. Coverage may increase to 8-15 sq m per litre on concrete that is smooth, polished or has floated/screeded finish.
Store in a cool dry place.
Use within 6 months of opening.
Q: If applied on a light-colored surface, does the original floor color change? How transparent is the lacquer, and how durable is it?
A: When first applied the Concrete Floor Sealer has a milky look but this will quickly disappear as the sealer absorbs into the concrete and starts to cure. The original floor color may darken a bit but in most cases this is not an issue. Sample are available to test first if required.
Q: Would this be suitable to seal area by front door (inside) previously had coir mat ontop. Cat has weed and soaked into concrete. In process of cleaning and trying to get all trace smells removed. Would this be suitable to go ontop to block anything in and if any further accidents may prevent it sealing into concrete so much
A: The Concrete Floor Sealer can be use to seal concrete in an area near a front door. It should help prevent further penetration of cat urine into the surface.
Q: Hi can this be used on external concrete slabs of a patio.
A: Yes you can. It may be worth looking at the solvent-based sealers to ensure weather resistance.
