A ready to apply concrete floor sealer, garage floor sealer & concrete dustproofer that is specially formulated to penetrate and stabilise dusty concrete floors and screeds. It leaves a very subtle sheen finish once dry. Our concrete floor sealer is ideal for sealing dusty concrete floors in many internal situations such as kitchens, factories, warehouses, sheds, garages, workshops.

A low viscosity concrete floor sealer that can be applied by roller, sprayer or brush and will quickly penetrate and seal most types of concrete flooring. It will bind any loose concrete dust and help to prolong the lifespan of the concrete it has been applied to.
For best results apply two coats.
Average coverage of 4-6sq m per litre dependent on surface porosity of the concrete floor it is being applied to. Coverage may increase to 8-15 sq m per litre on concrete that is smooth, polished or has floated/screeded finish.
Store in a cool dry place.
Use within 6 months of opening.
Q: What is the final drying time required?
A: Dependent on temperature, weather conditions, type of substrate etc, generally the sealer is touch dry in about 1hr, can be walked on after 4 hours, vehicle use 24 hours. Hope that helps
Q: Basic question. How should I wash the rollers and brushes? Do I need to wash them out between coats (I.e. 3 to 4 hours)? Why isn’t there any information on the product label about this? Thanks, David
A: After using the concrete floor sealer, the brushes and rollers can be cleaned with water, between coats and after use. Hope that helps
Q: Is this product suitable to re-sealing a printed concrete driveway? It was sealed when originally done but we need to do it again
A: The concrete floor sealer is NOT suitable for sealing an imprinted concrete driveway. You should use imprinted concrete sealer for this purpose.
