Chapin XP 11.4 Litre ProSeries Viton Seal Sprayer
The Chapin ProSeries Poly Sprayer is ideal for driveway and patio use. With the inclusion of Viton seals & gaskets it can easily be used to apply high quality sealers.
If using with our acrylic solvent-based sealers then Smartseal Tools Cleaning Fluid must be used afterwards to clean the unit and nozzles.
This poly pump sprayer features:
- 11.4 Litre translucent poly tank with 4-inch-wide mouth opening for easy filling and cleaning.
- Cushion grip shut-off, poly wand and adjustable brass, poly-fan and poly-cone nozzles.
- Shutoff matches most backpack shutoff assemblies.
Q: Can I use this sprayer with polyurethane floor paint please?
A: WE would not advise using the Chapin Sprayer (11.4L) and Cleaning Fluid (5L) with polyurethane floor paint as the cleaning fluid will not clean out the paint from the sprayer. If the paint dries within the sprayer it will render it inoperable.
Q: Can I use this sprayer with sodium hypochlorite then for patio sealer
A: We do not generally advise spraying sodium hypochlorite through the Chapin sprayer as it is too corrosive and can degarde the seals. If you do, it is best to flush out the sprayer with water immediately afterwards.
Q: Can I use this sprayer with sodium hypochlorite then for patio sealer
A: Sodium hypochlorite is very corrosive and can damaged the seals of the Chapin Sprayer if used to frequently. It is not something we recommend, but if you do spray sodium hypochlorite through it, make sure you flush it through immediately after with clean water.

I used this to apply the block paving sealer, and it worked well. Very happy with it. The cleaner that you get with it works well too, and is reusable, through the sprayer and back in the can.
