Liquid Rubber is an advanced, one-coat waterproofing solution and rapid leak sealer that guards against water ingress and roof damage. Once applied, the durable, highly elastic waterproof coating offers lasting protection to flat or pitched roofs, walls and gutters. Suitable for most substrates it quickly adheres to Asphalt, Bitumen, Concrete, Brickwork, Felt, Metal, Fibreglass, EPDM and Wood. It is suitable for application to both domestic and commercial roofs and can be easily applied by those who like DIY as well as professional tradesmen.
It is ideal for emergency roof repairs or to carry out pre-planned maintenance. The rapid drying and strong adhesive qualities also makes for quick and effective roof repairs and helps reduce downtime.

Once applied it forms a seamless and highly flexible waterproof membrane that will expand and contract with surface movement as well as changes in temperature. It will quickly adhere to most substrates, and exhibits strong adhesive qualities that helps prevent cracking, splitting or peeling over time.
PREPARATION:
Clear any moss, lichen and debris by brushing or pressure washing. Remove any surface water as well as oil and grease contamination. Allow to dry.
APPLICATION:
The substrate and air temperature for application must be between 5°C and 30°C.
Stir well before use. No primer needed. Use straight from the tin. Do not thin down.
Apply generously to the surface, using a brush or solvent resistant roller at a minimum spreading rate of 1m² per litre. Dries in approximately 8 hours and fully cured in 6-7 days.
COVERAGE:
Fully waterproofs in just one coat with a minimum coverage of 1m² per litre.
