Patio Cleaner Xtreme is a fast acting, high performance patio cleaning product, with four powerful active ingredients. Patio Cleaner Xtreme offers the simple way to keep any patio clean often avoiding the need for pressure washing.
- Simply dilute 1:1 and apply to a wet surface by watering can or sprayer.
- It is important that the patio remains wet for 1 hour.
- Then wash away with water from hose or pressure washer. For areas of heavy soiling, scrub into surface or re-apply.

5 litres of product will clean and treat approximately 40 m² of flagstone, natural stone, or block paved patios. Wear appropriate safety wear at all times. see technical page for more information.
Application:
- Sweep away loose debris & areas with a heavy build-up of dirt & grime.
- Wet surface area with water.
- Dilute Patio Cleaner Xtreme at a ratio of 1:1. If removing black spot, don't dilute (use neat).
- Apply product to surface using a watering can or sprayer.
- Make sure that surface area doesn't dry out before rinsing off.
- Leave on surface area for up to 60 minutes.
- Rinse area with water.
It is important the patio remains wet throughout during 60 minute period, as the product becomes inactive once dry. Most ingrained organic matter and grime will be removed after one application, but sometimes a second application may be required to remove all black and white spot algae.
Health & Safety
Patio Cleaner Xtreme contains chlorine as an active ingredient and will stain fabrics and sensitive materials. Take care to avoid contact with fabrics during application. Toxic to aquatic life, wear protective gloves and goggles at all times. Patio Cleaner Xtreme can cause skin burns, avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of the reach of children.
Q: Is patio Xtreme cleaner toxic
A: Patio cleaner Xtreme is corrosive and toxic to grass, plants and aquatic life. If you spray into onto areas with grass or plants just rinse down heavily with water and this will nullify any toxicity.
Q: can I use this on porcelain patios many thanks
A: The Patio Cleaner Xtreme can be used on a porcelain patio. However we do have a dedicated porcelain tile cleaner specifically for that purpose.
Q: Hi there, just want to know if the product will kill grass or plants/foliage which borders the patio? Mainly while spraying the product on the patio and when using the power washer will the splash hurt our plants ie, wisteria, fern and greass. Potted plants we will obviously move. Thank you, Lydia
A: It is advisable to avoid spraying the patio cleaner xtreme on grass or surrounding foliage as it can kill grass and plants if left on for some time without rinsing down. If the Patio Cleaner Xtreme does get on grass or surrounding plants, hose down thouroughly so the product is diluted to the point it wil not harm the grass or plants.

Not one to leave reviews, but this product deserves it! I spent a couple of hours researching online and saw many saying to spray and leave for a couple of weeks, but I wanted something more instant and saw this and the reviews. I have a porcelain patio and after 8 years, it was heavily stained with algae, lichen and also bits of black grit that bounce off a flat roof. Despite annual jet washing, most of this remained. I jet washed first, then sprayed this on with a 1:1 mix using my garden pump sprayer. By the time I had gone all the way around with 15 litres of the diluted solution, I gave it a once over with a broom and could see most of the stains had vanished. Left it for about 2 hours in total and jet washed it off. The tiles are looking like new and make those indoors, as we have them running throughout, now look dirty by comparison ?. I probably didn't need to jet wash the tiles down first, as this made light work of the grime. Still have just under half the solution left for next time ?
Was looking for ages for a suitable cleaning product for my Indian sandstone patio and came across these guys and the reviews were brilliant so took a punt. I am so glad I did. The patio looks like new. There is still a few stubborn slabs that could do with a 2nd coating which I will do later down the line. But I will be a repeat customer for sure.
